You are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content before use.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually.
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• We may change pricing with notice.
• Failure to pay may result in account suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

• All platform software, branding, and design remain the property of PlasmaSwift.
• Users retain ownership of content they generate.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for:

• Indirect damages

• Business losses
• Client disputes

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the previous 12 months.
